What to Expect

The course runs over four weeks, meeting on the same day and time each week.

  • Weeks 1–3: Live instruction featuring engaging discussions, interactive exercises, and hands-on “experiments” designed to help you understand and apply key psychological principles.

  • Week 4: A collaborative workshop where each participant gives a brief (approximately five-minute) presentation of their actionable plan to implement one of the strategies learned during the course. Teammates will offer constructive feedback and fresh ideas to strengthen your approach.

After completing the course, you’ll schedule a one-hour follow-up consultation with a member of our staff. This personalized session ensures that you’re confidently applying the MAC Thought principles and getting real-world results from your learning experience.
